TERMS + CONDITIONS

Arrival & Departure

Check-in time is after 4:00 pm (EST) on the day of scheduled arrival.
Check-out time is before 11:00 am (EST) on the scheduled day of departure.
Early check-in(s) and late check-out(s) are sometimes available, but only when requested and agreed upon by management before your stay.

Payment

Payment of 50% of the total booking fee is required on confirmation of booking and the other 50% is automatically deducted from the card on file 1 day before check-in.

Online Booking

You must be at least 25 years old to stay unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Rates and fees are updated regularly to reflect the most current and accurate charges on property listings and the online booking system. However, Hosted by Cornerstone reserves the right to adjust charges to the proper amounts after an online booking in the event of a clerical or technical error. We will do our best to accommodate any reservation change requests. However, we cannot guarantee your request will be approved. Please keep in mind, that changes to reservations may also result in additional charges.

Be A Good Neighbor Policy

Guests are expected to respect the property and our neighbors so we can continue to host future guests. The Traverse City Noise Ordinance mandates quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. We ask for our guests to keep their voices to a respectable level outdoors at 10 pm. Smoking and events are strictly forbidden, if caught in violation of these rules, guests will be escorted off the property with no refund. No fireworks are allowed on this property.

Pets

Dogs are allowed at our properties with a fee, please be sure to check the listing to determine the number of dogs we allow at the specific property. Please note that we do charge a non-refundable pet fee based on the number of dogs. This fee can be found in the specific listing description. If a pet is brought to the property without payment, the manager without reference will enter a debit on the credit card of the guest and the guest hereby authorizes the manager to do so.

Damages
All damages, breakages, or losses to the property, furniture, and furnishings are to be reported to the manager by the guest immediately. Should you discover a default or breakage or maintenance/safety issue when you arrive, please advise our team or we will consider those the responsibility of the current guest and charge accordingly. When a guest registers or an invitee of a guest enters the premises, they are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these conditions. Guests and invitees are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort, and convenience of other guests within the property. If the property has been damaged (whether such damage is willful or not) the manager without reference will enter a debit on the credit card of the guest and the guest hereby authorizes the manager to do so. This is at the sole and absolute discretion of the manager.

Supplies
This home is self-catering - meaning that upon arrival, you are provided a starter supply of amenities and toiletries. We provide consumables such as; toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. These items are not restocked after your arrival.

At Heart & Homes, we are dedicated to protecting your privacy. This statement of privacy applies to all information collected or submitted on the Heart & Homes website (www.heartandhomestc.com) information we collect is used to process reservations, and orders and to provide a more personalized user experience. Guest information is kept strictly confidential. All contact, personal, and financial information collected (such as name, gender, e-mail, mailing address, phone number, and credit card or banking information) is used to process the order and fulfill legal requirements, and billing purposes. The exception is email information, as we may save this to contact past guests about upcoming information or promotions. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily share. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities or from making an online reservation. Our site may contain links to 3rd party websites. We do not share any of your information with the linked website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites.
